Cool your Beer Fast (in 5min.)

the ideal temperature for a cold beer is 3 degrees celsius.

how to cool a six-pack from 17 degrees to 3 degrees in 5 minutes?

what do you need:

  • beer (pref. six pack)
  • water
  • ice
  • salt

you can imagine the rest.

put the ice, salt & beer in the water.

how does it work?

the salt in the water ensures that the water can get a lot colder without freezing,

so it’s a better heat conductor.
